Hope the Mission has locations throughout LA, including a growing number of transitional housing options, from cubicle bedrooms to tiny home villages to converted hotels.  Additional services include case management and assistance with finding permanent housing, job opportunities, and medical and mental health services.

How To Report Issues such as Encampments, Illegal Dumping and Graffiti

KNOW YOUR JURISDICTION: City, County or State

Land in Studio City can fall under various jurisdictions, so reporting to the correct authority is key to getting a response.  Generally speaking, the City of LA services Studio City Streets, Sidewalks, Parks, LA River and Personal Property.  Caltrans services areas near freeways, bridges and Offramps.

LA-Hop is designed to assist people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County with outreach services.  Reported information is used to dispatch a homeless services outreach team to the area.

 When requesting help from the Caltrans, file a “CSR”, Customer Service Request at https://csr.dot.ca.gov

 Report: Homeless Encampments, Illegal Dumping, Graffiti, Landscaping issues, Litter – Trash and Debris, Roadway Potholes, Curb and sidewalk cracks, deceased animals, and more.  It generally takes 3-4 weeks to get the service scheduled.
