Beeman Park Playground & Construction Update

Good news, Studio City: The playground is open. Work near the access ramp is complete, with a secondary temporary ramp planned so the play area stays open through construction.

The overall project has entered its final phase, heading toward an early 2027 grand opening.

Highlights of the new center:

• 12,000-square-foot modern gym and community facility
• 100% solar-powered, net-zero energy building
• Upgraded picnic areas, walkways, and water fountains

Note: Landale Street park access is currently closed due to the expanded construction fence.
