Lankershim Streetscape Plan

Help shape the future of North Hollywood and Lankershim Boulevard!

Toluca Lake Beautification Partners (TLBP), in collaboration with LA City Council District 2 and the LA Department of City Planning, is launching the final streetscape planning effort for Lankershim Blvd between Riverside Drive and the LA River.

This project completes a vision first set in motion in 2012. Once finalized through community feedback, the design elements – trees, lighting and seating --  will be submitted to the City for formal inclusion in the Southeast Valley Community Plan update.
