Riverwalk Update

A planned redevelopment project has been proposed for the current Pinz/Carneys/Jerry's Deli site on Ventura Blvd. This project will impact our local traffic and housing density.

The Proposal Includes:

• 2-7 story mixed-use structures
• 814 new apartment units
• 76,000 sq. ft. of commercial space
• 1,800+ subterranean parking spaces

The Studio City Neighborhood Council voted to support the project conditionally upon a safety study and extensive traffic flow study.  The Council is making safety evacuation from the Hillside communities and Studio City a priority for the rest of the year.   A link to the SCNC Riverwalk motion is here:     Link to Motion
