📢 LA County Emergency Rent Relief is BACK with Expanded Eligibility!

As of yesterday, February 9, the LA County Emergency Rent Relief Program has officially

reopened. This round is different—it’s now easier for more people to get the help they need.

What’s New?

• Tenants and displaced homeowners can now apply directly.

• Landlords can continue to submit applications as before.

What You Need to Know:

• 💰 Amount: Up to $15,000 per unit.

• 🏠 Coverage: Up to 6 months of past-due rent, mortgage payments, or eligible utilities.

• 🤝 Process: Funds are paid directly to landlords. Both parties must complete their portion

of the application!

🗓 Important Dates:

• Opened: Monday, Feb 9, 2026

• Closing: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 (4:59 PM)
