🚨 URGENT: LA County Rent & Mortgage Relief 🚨

Applications are NOW OPEN for the Emergency Rent Relief Program (ERRP). If you’ve been impacted by the January 2025 wildfires or sudden income loss, you may be eligible for significant financial support.

💰 What’s Available?

Eligible households can receive up to six months of rent or mortgage assistance (up to a maximum of $15,000).

📋 Who Should Apply?

• Wildfire Victims: Tenants and homeowners impacted by the Jan 2025 fires who have exhausted FEMA/insurance.
• Income Loss: Families facing sudden income loss due to federal immigration enforcement.
• At-Risk Tenants: Low-income residents facing eviction due to emergency-related hardship.
• Small Landlords: Those repairing fire-damaged, rent-stabilized housing units.
