🏘️ Homelessness Data Comparison: CD2 vs. CD4 (2024-2025)

 

Here is a look at the percent change in homelessness data between 2024 and 2025 for Council Districts 2 (CD2) and 4 (CD4):

    Unsheltered Population: CD2 saw a 35.6% decrease in its unsheltered population , while CD4 experienced a 9% increase.

    Sheltered Population: The number of sheltered individuals increased by 38.1% in CD2. In contrast, CD4's sheltered population saw a slight 2.5% decrease.
