Hello Studio City.  I hope you’re enjoying these last few weeks of Summer.  Hard to believe, but we are up against the first few days of school and Labor Day weekend is fast upon us.  Please be careful of pedestrian traffic as students return to campus and watch for parents driving erratically as they learn the new routines of a new school year.  It’s a time for patience and care.

We invite you to attend the Studio City Neighborhood Council’s monthly Board meeting on Wednesday, August 20 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Radford Studio Center, 4024 Radford Street, Studio City.    All community members are welcome to join in the discussion and stay informed about local initiatives and developments.

Please use RADFORD GATE (4024 Radford, just north of Ventura Blvd).  Use the drive on or pedestrian access and follow instructions from Radford Security 

Stakeholders with disabilities who have a valid DMV placard, use a wheelchair, walker or cane, and/or those who have difficulties walking distances should notify a Radford Studio Center Security Officer or call 818-655-5085 to request shuttle assistance.

It’s been a busy summer for your Studio City Neighborhood Council.  Last month marked the first meeting of your new Board, which was elected last Spring.

This seat is still open and we are designing the job description for this role.  We can actually use several student volunteers to help with everything from social media posts and video, to help organizing our records and researching issues before the committees and boards.  We can find a valuable experience for any interested student and we encourage interested students to reach out to us at [email protected]
