Shell Station Beer & Wine Permit (Discussion & Possible Motion)

The Shell station at Ventura/Ventura Place/Radford is applying for a Conditional Use Permit to sell beer and wine. We want to ensure community concerns—like past issues with sidewalk obstruction—are fully addressed before any support is given.
