📋 Agenda Highlights:

• ⚖️ Metal Theft Criminal Liability Motion: We will be voting on a motion to clarify criminal liability and change thresholds for infrastructure damage.
• 🚇 Transit & Housing Motion: Reviewing proposed apartment developments without on-site parking. The Board will consider a motion by Councilmember Nazarian to require these developers to subsidize Metro TAP cards or transit passes for residents.
