Waking up to leaf blowers at 5 AM?

Residents near Coldwater and Ventura contacted the Studio City Neighborhood Council about noise issues at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge. We hear you—the neighborhood deserves some peace and quiet!

Council member Nithya Raman’s office reached out to the property owner, Midwood Investment to request they voluntarily adjust their maintenance schedule to respect local noise ordinances.  Midwood apologized and said they’d talk to their maintenance crew.  The LAPD has also been looped in to ensure the LAPD Noise Enforcement Team is aware of the situation.
