• All ages 16/17/18 & up (no upper age limit)

• Only 16 year olds specifically require a signed Parent Consent hospital form:

• Common daily medications are okay (cholesterol, blood pressure, antidepressants, diabetics, etc)

• Not mandatory, yet COVID vaccination is accepted (after at least 72 hours)

• If one has been ill from COVID (including variants Omicron/Delta/etc), it needs to be at least a complete month (28 days) until safe to give blood & completely recuperated with no symptoms at all

• Ink-work tattoos accepted, along with body/ear piercings (if done at a Calif licensed shop)

• Safely individually packaged all-you-can-eat refreshment snacks / juices / water
